Paavo Honkanen

Paavo Honkanen is currently the HR Director at MAILLEFER, where Paavo leads the HR function for a global technology employer with around 350 employees globally. Prior to that, Paavo has held roles such as HR Manager at Murata, where Paavo was responsible for payroll and general HR services, and Negotiating Legal Counsel at YTN ry/Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff, where Paavo negotiated collective bargaining agreements for senior salaried employees in the energy industry. Honkanen holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki.
