Amrit Kaur

Amrit Kaur has a strong background in finance and has held various roles in different organizations. Amrit is currently the Director of Finance at Maimonides Medical Center since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Avaya as an Assistant Finance Director from 2015 to 2021, where they were responsible for preparing forecasts, budgets, analytics, and reports. Before Avaya, they were a Senior Budget/Reimbursement Manager at East Orange General Hospital from 2013 to 2015, assisting in the analysis and preparation of budgets. Amrit also worked as an FP&A Sales & Margins Manager at GE Healthcare in 2012, where they analyzed financial data and made recommendations for strategy and policy. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Finance Manager at Kelly Financials/Travelclick in 2011, as well as a Senior Finance Manager at MSKCC in 2010. Amrit started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Women & Infants Hospital in 2006.

Amrit Kaur earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services Management from Johnson & Wales University from 2005 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting / Global Business Leadership from the same institution between 2008 and 2010.
