Kary Franchetti

Kary Franchetti, MBA, CMPE, FAB, currently serves as the Senior Director of Physician Practice Operations at MaineHealth since December 2021. Prior experience includes a decade at Maine Medical Center, where Kary held the roles of Director for the Divisions of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine and Program Manager in the Division of Geriatrics. Earlier experience includes a senior leadership position at Elan School from 1994 to 2009. Kary's educational background features a Fellowship in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Leadership from The Advisory Board Company, an MBA from the University of Southern Maine, and a BA in Psychology from Colby College, among other qualifications in Practice Management.
