Yetunde Fagbemi-Esenwa has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Yetunde started their career as a Public Relations Specialist at Oando Plc in 2000. Yetunde later worked as a Senior Customer Relationship Management Consultant at Zain from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, they served as an HR Consultant at Carillion Plc, where they contributed to the improvement of recruitment practices. From 2009 to 2010, they held roles as an HR Consultant at Sandwell Primary Care Trust and an HR & Finance Support Officer at the National Fraud Authority. In 2010, they joined Financial Derivatives Company Limited (FDC), where they served as the Head of Treasury & Financial Institutions and HR Advisor until 2015. Yetunde'sresponsibilities at FDC included managing the organization's liquidity position and overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, skills gap analysis, and departmental restructuring. Since 2015, Yetunde has been with MainOne, where they initially served as a Senior Manager, Human Resources- (Strategy & Planning). Currently, they hold the role of Head of Talent, Performance & Culture, overseeing talent management initiatives and promoting the company's culture and values.
Yetunde Fagbemi-Esenwa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, which they completed between 1995 and 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in HR at Aston University from 2007 to 2009.
