Pål Mikal Høien

Pål Mikal Høien has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Pål Mikal started their career at Tero Marine AS in 1998, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2001. Pål Mikal then joined Frontier Drilling ASA as an Operations Engineer until February 2003. After that, they worked at Safetec Nordic AS as a Safety Engineer from August 2003 to March 2006. Currently, they are a Senior Engineer Maintenance at MainTech AS, where they have been working since March 2006.

Pål Mikal Høien attended Adolf Øiens Skole from 1988 to 1991. Pål Mikal then enrolled at Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST), where they studied from 1993 to 1996. After that, they attended the University of South-Eastern Norway for a year, from 1996 to 1997.
