Todd Lockhart

Todd Lockhart has a diverse work experience in various roles throughout their career. Todd began as an Engineer II at Newport News Shipbuilding in 1988 and then worked as a Supervisor and Senior Engineer at DynCorp International from 1992 to 1998. Todd then moved on to SAIC, where they served as a Senior Engineer from 1998 to 2000. Lockhart then joined Mainthia Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Operations & Program Manager, providing technical leadership and management oversight for the company. Todd also held the position of JV Manager at Safety Quality Assurance Alliance from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Mission Technologies Inc as a JV Manager, and in 2016, they became the JV Manager at RV MTI JV, where they worked until September 2019.

Todd Lockhart attended Old Dominion University from 1983 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Todd later returned to Old Dominion University from 1992 to 1996 to pursue a Masters degree in Engineering Management.
