Johan Strom

Johan Strom is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Majola RestaurangKonsult AB since June 2019, Johan has previously held positions including Production Manager at Ethiopian Airlines and Executive Chef Consultant at Havsvidden. Johan's expertise encompasses menu development and concept creation, demonstrated through significant contributions at multiple establishments such as Restaurant Gusto and Marriott Hotel. Additionally, Johan has a strong background in F&B management and production, having worked with Addiscatering and LSG Sky Chefs, where Johan excelled as an Executive Chef and menu developer. Educationally, Johan holds a Master’s degree in Food and Beverage Management from Cornell University.
