Lauren Tipton Conroy

Lauren Tipton Conroy has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Lauren currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at MajorClarity, where they lead operational teams and ensures the delivery of exceptional service in career and college readiness. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Vice President & Managing Director, Operations at EAB. Before joining EAB, they worked at Royall & Company, where they held various roles including Director of Client Services Team Operations, Production Process Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Team Associate.

Lauren Tipton Conroy has a diverse education history. Lauren pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2013, they also obtained a certificate from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in Leading in an Emerging Economy.

Additionally, Lauren has studied various subjects at different institutions. Lauren has taken courses in Political Science, Political Theory, History, Linguistics, and French Language at the Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III. Lauren also holds a CDM (Certified Direct Marketer) from the Interactive Marketing Institute at Virginia Commonwealth University.
