In their current role as Vice President, People & Culture at Make-A-Wish Canada, Grace leads human resources and corporate initiatives. Throughout their career, Grace has held key HR leadership positions at organizations such as Nature Conservancy of Canada, Oakville Public Library, Royal Botanical Gardens, and more, demonstrating a strong track record in providing comprehensive HR support and supervision. Grace's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University and a Human Resources Management Post-Diploma Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic.
