Pauline Bettina de Leon

Pauline Bettina De leon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pauline Bettina started their career as a Sales Officer at Philippine Savings Bank in 2010, followed by a role as a Branch Sales Officer at Eastwest Bank. In 2011, they became a Client Relationship Manager and Branch Head at Philippine National Bank. Pauline Bettina then moved to RCBC Savings Bank as a Sales Distribution Channel Manager, responsible for sales training, marketing support, and market research. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation as a Sales Admin and Business Development Head. In 2020, they joined Ducati Philippines as a Business Development Manager, overseeing loan operations, fund acquisition, and customer service. Pauline Bettina further expanded their business development experience at BYD from 2021 to 2023 as a Business Development Manager Consultant. Currently, they serve as the Head of Malayan Savings Bank, leading the business development initiatives.

Pauline Bettina De Leon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Bicol University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
