Steven Spencer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Steven started their career at Bayer as a Sales Representative from 1997 to 1998. Steven then joined Eisai in 1998, where they worked as a Sales Representative in New York until 2000, and subsequently became the Manager of Sales Training from 2000 to 2002.

After that, Steven held various roles at Eisai starting from 2004. Steven worked as a District Manager in New York and New Jersey, achieving top sales performance. Steven then became the Director of Training, Development, and Operations, managing Sales IT, Administration, Fleet, Training, Samples, and Incentive Compensation. Steven also coordinated national sales meetings during this time. Steven was later promoted to the role of Regional Sales Director, overseeing business operations in the Northeast and Midwest regions, with a focus on primary care and long-term care in neurology and gastroenterology specialties.

In 2009, Steven moved to the role of Senior Director at Eisai, where they held multiple positions. Steven served as Senior Director of Sales Operations, responsible for coordinating Sales Training, Incentive Compensation, Fleet, Leadership Development, and Sales Administration. Steven then became Senior Director of Alliance Marketing and Management, managing global alliance operations for primary care and oncology brands across various international markets. Steven concluded their tenure at Eisai as Senior Director of Corporate Operations and Vice President of Eisai USA Foundation Inc., where they led end-to-end process business solution management, playing a crucial role in procurement, site services, conventions, global clinical investigator meetings, fleet management, and meeting management.

Steven then joined Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals in 2017, starting as Director of Meetings and Events, followed by roles as Director of Marketing Operations, Director of Sales and Marketing Operations, and their current position as Director of Field Operations, where they oversee and supports various functions, including sales training, incentive compensation, CRM, marketing operations, promotional review, samples, fleet management, and compliance operations.

Throughout their career, Steven has continuously demonstrated strong leadership skills and a wide range of expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on rare disease, hospital-based products, and devices.

Steven Spencer has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Lafayette College. Steven also holds a Certificate of Completion in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a Certificate of Completion in Business/Managerial Economics from The Wharton School.
