Tina Costantini

Tina Costantini is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since March 2020, Tina specializes in culture change and possesses several key skills. Prior to this role, Tina held the position of Global Vice President of Human Resources at LifeScan, focusing on culture change and cross-functional team leadership. Tina's career also includes significant roles at Johnson & Johnson, where Tina was the Global Head of Human Resources for the Diabetes Care Companies, and at DePuy Synthes Companies and Synthes Medical Devices, where Tina led human resources efforts in the Asia Pacific region. Tina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University.
