Crystal Green has a diverse work experience in customer success and account management roles. Crystal started their career as an Insurance Account Manager at State Farm, where they worked from November 2013 to January 2017. Crystal then transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager at FairWarning, Inc, where they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement in the healthcare sector. From June 2018 to November 2018, Crystal worked as a Customer Success Manager at Malwarebytes, providing support and guidance to customers in the cybersecurity industry. Crystal quickly progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Team Lead and Manager, before becoming the Director and eventually the Senior Director of Customer Success, where they lead a team and helps operationalize customer success principles.
