Hannah Mansur has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hannah started their career as a Management and Marketing Analyst at the School of Management, Operations and Marketing at the University of Wollongong. Hannah then joined PwC's People Business as a People and Change Consultant, where they provided communications and engagement expertise to change programs. Hannah later transitioned to PwC's The Difference | Creative Comms, where they served as an Experience Designer and then as a Strategic Communications Lead, co-creating diverse communications and marketing solutions. Hannah then worked as a Manager in PwC's CMO Advisory practice, focusing on driving consistent growth through strategic marketing. More recently, Hannah joined Mamamia and held various roles such as Senior Strategy Manager, Head of Partner Strategy, and Head of Consumer Products. Hannah is currently the Head of Commercial Projects at Mamamia. Additionally, Hannah pursued their passion for writing as a freelance Branded Content Writer, where they contributed to platforms such as Apple News, Mamamia, and MSN.

Hannah Mansur holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from UNSW, completed between 2006 and 2010. Hannah also pursued Service Design at Academy Xi and obtained a Masters of Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong in 2011, focusing on Management and Marketing. Hannah Mansur further acquired Core Strategic Planning Skills from AdSchool (The Communications Council). In terms of certifications, they obtained the Professional SCRUM Master certification from Scrum.org in 2018 and completed the ChatGPT Course for Beginners: Using AI for Business and Marketing Communications at the Centre for Continuing Education in 2024.
