Chris Hines

Chris Hines has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chris most recently worked at Mammoet as the Head of Talent Development and Recruitment, starting in March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ALE as the Global Recruitment, Learning and Development Manager from March 2013 to March 2020. Chris also held the role of Joint Head of Human Resources at Pendragon PLC from February 2001 to February 2013, where they were responsible for managing teams in learning & development and recruitment. Before that, they worked as an F&I Sales Trainer at Black Horse Finance and Lloyds Bowmaker between 1995 and 2000.

Chris Hines received a BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree from Birmingham City University from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Insights Discovery Accredited Practitioner in 2016, General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) accreditation in 2017, High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) and Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) certifications in 2018, and Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin certification from LinkedIn in 2021.
