Renan Sper Dvm

Renan Sper DVM, Ph.D. is a Principal Scientist at Mammoth Biosciences with a background in maternal-fetal biology and regenerative medicine. Previously, Renan held roles as a Scientist II at GenEdit and as a Research Specialist at UCSF Center for Maternal-Fetal Precision Medicine, where they co-authored research on MPS7 syndrome in mice. Renan also has experience in veterinary animal reproduction, including managing cases and conducting research projects at NC State College of Veterinary Medicine. With a Ph.D. in comparative biomedical science and a DVM in veterinary medicine, Renan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role.
