Caroline Leder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Caroline is currently the Head of Strategy & Transformation at Mammut Sports Group AG since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Strategy Manager at Swisscom from August 2020 to October 2022. Caroline also has experience working at Bain & Company, where they held multiple positions including Manager, Case Team Leader, Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Associate Consultant from 2014 to 2020. Caroline has also interned at Solon Management Consulting, Robert Bosch GmbH, Zeppelin University, Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and Nuernberger Versicherung.

Caroline Leder began their education in 2008 at Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Corporate Management & Economics. Caroline attended this institution until 2011. In 2010, Caroline had the opportunity to participate in an exchange term at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.

Following their undergraduate studies, Caroline pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Strategy and International Management (SIM) at the University of St.Gallen, starting in 2011 and graduating in 2013.

During the course of their educational journey, Caroline also took part in an exchange semester at USC Marshall School of Business in 2013, as part of their academic pursuits at the University of St.Gallen.
