Helena Blom

Helena Blom is a seasoned HR recruitment professional with extensive experience at MAN Energy Solutions, where Helena currently serves as a Senior HR Recruitment Partner since September 2019. Helena has successfully implemented the first MAN People Employee Advocacy Programme and established global compliance standards for the recruitment process, enhancing efficiency from start to finish. Prior to their current role, Helena worked as an Assistant Consultant in Internal Communication & HR at Kunde & Co and served as a Research Assistant at Odgers Berndtson. Helena holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School.
