Katrine Brusgaard Haldne

Katrine Brusgaard Haldne has diverse experience in various HR roles. Katrine is currently serving as the Head of HR International - Senior Vice President at MAN Energy Solutions since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of HR Denmark - Vice President at the same company from January 2018 to October 2022. Before joining MAN Energy Solutions, they worked as an HR Director Northern Europe at Clear Channel Outdoor from June 2014 to September 2017. Prior to that, they served as an HR Senior Director at TDC Business A/S from September 2012 to May 2014. Katrine also gained experience at TDC A/S, where they held roles such as HR Director, Leadership, Talent & Recruitment, and HR Manager, Recruitment & Employer Branding, from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at TDC Business A/S as an HR Partner and Managing Consultant from 2005 to 2010. Katrine began their HR career as an HR Consultant at Marsh A/S from January 2001 to May 2005.

Katrine Brusgaard Haldne obtained a degree in Law (Cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen, from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology of Organizations (MPO) at Roskilde University, from 2010 to 2012.
