Emma Holden

Emma Holden currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Man Group, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Emma was the Chief People Officer at Schroders from October 2007 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing governance in addition to a comprehensive people management remit. Emma's earlier roles at Schroders also included Global Head of Human Resources and Head of Corporate Communications, encompassing areas such as investor relations, corporate public relations, public affairs, internal communications, and corporate responsibility. Prior to that, Emma held the position of Director of Investor Relations at Corus Group plc and worked as a Manager at PwC. Emma earned a BSc (Econ.) in Accountancy and Management from Cardiff University between 1992 and 1995.
