Robert Long

Robert Long has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Robert started their career as an Audit Intern at Bowman & Company LLP in 2010, where they assisted in conducting audits for governmental agencies.

In 2011, Robert worked as an Accounting Intern at Day & Zimmermann, where they played a significant role in compiling financial data for DCAA reporting requirements and assisted the Controller in improving the financial reporting process.

Robert continued to grow within Day & Zimmermann, working as a Financial Analyst from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they handled various financial responsibilities, including compiling data for DCAA reporting, approving journal entries, and performing billing for government and commercial contracts.

Following this, Robert joined Hill International, Inc. in 2015 as a Financial Data and Reporting Specialist. Here, they led projects to implement paperless Timesheets and Expense Reports, identified and resolved reconciliation issues, and facilitated interdepartmental discussions on coordinating between CRM and Finance teams.

In 2018, Robert returned to Day & Zimmermann as a Sr. Financial Analyst and was later promoted to Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis. Robert played a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, overseeing projects, and ensuring effective execution.

Most recently, in 2023, Robert joined Management Solutions as the Director of Finance, where they are responsible for leading the finance department and driving financial strategies.
