Previous roles include Technical Director at MSI, where Reilly supervised major monitoring and evaluation projects for USAID and assisted donors in strategic planning, and Evaluation Manager at Coffey International Development, focusing on evaluations of UK DFID programs. Earlier experience includes program management at the Donald P. McCullum Youth Diversion Program and serving as an Associate Attorney at Dewey Ballantine LLP, where litigation work spanned several legal fields. Reilly holds a Doctor of Law from Columbia Law School, a Master’s degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University, a Master’s in African Studies from SOAS University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Miami University.
