Chris Hope has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Chris started their career at Capital One in 2006, where they worked as a Campaign Data Analyst and gained expertise in SQL and customer management campaign delivery. Chris then moved on to become a Campaign/Project delivery lead in Capital One's Strategy Delivery Team, where they managed the delivery of customer management campaigns and optimized campaign delivery processes. In 2010, Chris became a Customer Decisioning Manager, managing a team responsible for implementing risk strategies for the customer base.

In 2011, Chris joined Media Ingenuity Ltd, where they served as the Head of Fluid Proposition Development, responsible for developing the company's 'Fluid' brand and insurance products. Chris returned to Capital One in 2012 as a Digital Marketing Analyst, defining the online display strategy and contributing to the roll-out of the mobile-optimized website. Chris later became a Digital Analytics Manager, overseeing the web analytics platforms and providing consulting on tracking intent and website optimization.

Chris then joined Manchester United in 2015, initially as a Senior Digital Media Analyst, responsible for App and Website analytics and implementing various tools. Chris advanced to the role of Head of Digital Insight & Analytics, driving business value through insights from digital analytics platforms.

Throughout their career, Chris has gained expertise in various tools and platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and SAS. Chris has honed their skills in data analysis, online marketing, campaign management, and stakeholder management.

Chris Hope studied at the University of Warwick from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Physics with honors.
