Carol Reinoso

Carol Reinoso has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carol started their career in 2002 as an Actor at On The Boards and later worked as a Special Events Representative at Dave and Buster's, where they managed bookings for private and corporate events. Carol then became a Merchandise Team Leader/Warehouse Supervisor at The Paradies Shops, overseeing daily operations of airport gift stores in Ft. Lauderdale.

In 2007, Carol worked as an Instructor at Responsible Vendors, Inc., providing training in food and alcohol handling to client companies. Carol then joined Barnes & Noble Booksellers as a Community Relations Manager/Merchandise Manager, where they increased the store's overall revenue through acquiring new accounts and organizing in-store events.

From 2011 to 2013, Carol served as the Senior Festival Manager at CAJE Miami Jewish Film Festival, shaping and organizing a large festival in partnership with four major theaters in Miami-Dade County. Carol then joined The Donald M. Ephraim Palm Beach Jewish Film Festival-Mandel JCC Palm Beaches as the Managing Director of the Film & Theater Department, managing logistics and operations for the film festival.

Currently, Carol works as a Grants Writer at the City of Miami since 2016. Overall, they have demonstrated strong organizational skills, revenue growth, and experience managing various events and programs within the entertainment and cultural sectors.

Carol Reinoso earned their Bachelor's Degree in 1999 from Florida International University. Carol studied Communications with an area of concentration in Marketing. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at G. Holmes Braddock Sr. High School from 1990 to 1994, where they participated in the Professional Magnet Program. In 2015, they enrolled at the University of Miami for a Social Media Management Certification Program, which is ongoing as the end year is not provided.
