Melissa Goldin, PMP CSM

Melissa Goldin, PMP CSM, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and program management, technical writing, and documentation. Their most recent role is as a Technical Program Manager at Manifold, where they oversee and coordinates machine learning and data pipeline projects, ensuring they meet business goals. Melissa manages scope, time, and budget constraints, while also acting as the primary point of contact between customers and project teams. Prior to their current role, Melissa worked as a Technical Project Manager at Fidelity Investments and as a Project Manager at iHeartMedia. Melissa is a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master, received from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2019. Furthermore, Melissa holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification awarded by the Project Management Institute in May 2022.
