Ken Marquez

Ken Marquez is currently employed as the Talent Management and Organization Development Manager at Manila Water. Prior to this role, Ken worked as a Human Resources Officer at Indra and also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Smart Communications, Inc. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Adamson University. In the past, Ken has been involved in various HR functions such as employee engagement, recruitment, and rewards & recognition. Currently, Ken's focus areas include organization & job design, performance management, competency management, and employer branding.
