Anne de Chatellus

Anne de Chatellus has a diverse and extensive work experience in HR management. Anne most recently served as the HR Director at The Manitowoc Company starting from 2023. Prior to that, Anne held various positions at Elkem ASA, including being the EMEA HR Director for the Silicones division from 2019 to 2023. Anne also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner for the same division from 2015 to 2019. Before joining Elkem ASA, Anne worked at Adecco as a Business Unit HR Director from 2014 to 2015 and as France HQ HR Director from 2013 to 2014. Anne also has experience from their time at MICROSOFT EMEA as an HR Director from 2004 to 2012, SAS INSTITUTE as an HR Director for France from 2002 to 2004, and Nortel Networks as an HR Director from 1991 to 2002. Anne'srole at Nortel Networks included being an HR Business Partner and HR Site leader for France & MEA Sales.

Anne de Chatellus earned a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology from 1985 to 1989. Anne then pursued a 3e Cycle in Human Resources at IGS-RH from 1990 to 1991. In 2017 to 2018, they completed the Elkem Management Leadership Program.
