Jean-Noel Gros has a strong background in finance and information systems. Jean-Noel started their career at Black & Decker, where they worked as a Financial Planning Controller and later as the France Finance & Admin Manager. At Black & Decker, they were responsible for financial control, managing a team, and maintaining relationships with partners and regulatory authorities.

In 2000, Jean-Noel joined The Manitowoc Company as the France Financial Controller. In this role, they oversaw accounting team activities, managed a team of 25 people, and handled various projects such as Euro conversion and transfer price optimization. Jean-Noel also supported Manitowoc's acquisition process and played a significant role in achieving reporting alignment and SOX compliance.

Jean-Noel then transitioned to a role as SAP Accounting to Finance Project Leader at The Manitowoc Company. Jean-Noel was responsible for the global blueprint of the Accounting to Finance value stream scope within the global ERP project. Jean-Noel managed a global team and on-boarded at the company's SAP initiative kick-off.

Later, Jean-Noel became the SAP Program Director at The Manitowoc Company, where they drove the global ERP SAP implementation for the Cranes division. Jean-Noel managed a multicultural team and was accountable to the Executive Steering Committee.

Finally, Jean-Noel Gros moved into the role of Vice President Finance and IS at The Manitowoc Company. In this role, they oversaw finance and information systems and managed the USD budget. Jean-Noel was also accountable to the Executive Steering Committee.

Jean-Noel Gros completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (DESS CAAE) from iaelyon School of Management in 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Manufacturing & Mechanical engineering (MST PAIM) from ESIA - Annecy Savoie University between 1984 and 1988.
