Richard Souza

Richard Souza has extensive experience in the fresh vegetable industry. Since 2018, they have been working as the Director-Field Operations (Brassicas) at Mann's Fresh Vegetables. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at DOLE Fresh Vegetables, where they held various roles including Director-Value Added Raw Materials and Director Strategic Sourcing.

Richard Souza earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Management from California State University in Fresno, California in 1992.
