Tiina Aukia

Head of Category Management at Manna & Company

Tiina Aukia has extensive experience in retail, category management, and marketing. Tiina is currently the Head of Category Management at Manna & Co, where they are responsible for ensuring profitable collection structures for all Manna group brands. Their role involves coordinating with various teams, such as design, sourcing, sales, and marketing, to address customer needs and achieve growth targets.

Prior to their current position, Tiina worked as a Concept and Category Manager at Finlayson Oy, where they analyzed sales performance and market trends to build seasonal collections that catered to customer needs and achieved growth targets. Tiina also planned changes and improvements to the category.

Tiina has also held leadership roles at Aukia Brand Stores, where they led omnichannel retail and customer experience, including product strategy, marketing, and services. Tiina played a key role in launching the e-commerce store aukiamenswear.com. Additionally, they co-founded Nål coats, where they were responsible for designing and manufacturing women's functional coats and managing the brand's presence in premium multibrand stores and e-commerce platforms.

Earlier in their career, Tiina worked as a Retail Manager at Reima Oy, leading the global retail team and overseeing retail concepts and marketing. Tiina was also a Retail Project Manager at Reima Oy. Before that, they worked as an Advisor at Texmoda Fashion Group and held various roles at Moda Aukia, including Category Management and Purchasing Director, Head of Marketing, and member of the leadership team.

Tiina began their career as a Project Manager at Ogilvy&Mather and worked as a Customer Manager at Dagmar. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in category management, retail operations, marketing, and leading cross-functional teams.

Tiina Aukia obtained their Masters degree in Marketing from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. In 2018, they attended the Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development program for Fashion and Lifestyle Executive. In 2020, they pursued Sustainability Studies at Tampere University.
