Debbie Ward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and assessment spanning several organizations since 1991. Currently serving as an Associate Assessment Specialist at Manpower UK and holding dual roles as Assessment Centre Manager and Assessor/Interviewer at the Care Quality Commission, Debbie has a strong background in evaluating candidates through various assessment techniques, including competency-based interviews and team exercises. As an Owner/Director of Aspire Higher Ltd, Debbie specializes in assessment and selection, and previously worked as a Recruitment/Training Assessor at Protocol Skills Ltd. With a notable history at Natwest/RBS as a Training and Development Manager, Debbie designed customer experience training programs and successfully improved retention and sales through effective coaching.
