Cathy Douglas

Cathy Douglas is a professional recruitment leader with eighteen years of experience in federal government and Australian Defence Force recruiting. Currently, Cathy serves as the Program Director Defence & Aerospace at ManpowerGroup Australia, where Cathy develops workforce solutions for the Defence Industry. Prior to this, Cathy worked as an Area Manager at Hays and as a Team Manager and Manager at AGL Energy. Cathy completed their Year 12 Certificate at Saint Clare's College.
