Claudia Leitão

Claudia Leitão is currently the VP of People & Culture at MANTA. Claudia has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee development, and training.

Leitão began their career in 2012 as an HR & Recruitment Coordinator at HouseTrip. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating all recruitment activities and supporting new team members through their integration process. Claudia also developed and implemented training plans and initiatives to motivate employees. In 2014, they were promoted to HR Manager, where they were responsible for developing and implementing policies, liaising with advisors, supporting managers, and overseeing the social committee.

In 2017, Leitão left HouseTrip to join Pipedrive as the Head of People & Site Leader in Lisbon. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of people management, including talent acquisition and retention, employer branding, and employee development. Claudia was also responsible for leading the Lisbon office and developing Pipedrive's presence in Portugal.

Leitão joined MANTA in 2021 as the VP of People & Culture. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of people management, including talent acquisition and retention, employer branding, employee development, and training.

Claudia Leitão has a degree in Human Resources from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, a post-graduation in Strategic Human Resources Development from ISLA, and is a PNL Practicioner from InPNL - Instituto Internacional de Programação Neurolinguística.

Claudia Leitão reports to Tomáš Krátký, CEO. They work with Jan Andrš - VP of Marketing, Daniel L - Account Executive, and Ernie Ostic - SVP of Products.
