Kristina Fossas

Senior Director of Strategic Sales at Mantis Innovation

Kristina Fossas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kristina began their career as a Client Manager at A. Marinelli Shoes and Accessories, where they supported the sales team with tasks such as order entry and sample delivery. Kristina then moved on to Peaktop Technologies/GeoGlobal Partners as a Customer Service Manager, managing the department and servicing accounts for major retail clients.

In 2006, Fossas joined Gartner as an Account Manager, successfully managing a $1 Million book of business for technology vendor accounts. Kristina developed innovative ways to introduce clients to new products and negotiate renewal and new business deals.

Fossas then transitioned to FreeCause, where they served as a Key Account Manager, before joining Aberdeen Group as a Sales Executive. Kristina later joined Patriot Energy Group as a Key Account Manager, and most recently, they have been working at Mantis Innovation, initially as a Director of Sales and currently as the Senior Director of Strategic Sales.

Throughout their roles, Fossas has demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, successfully managing client relationships, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Kristina Fossas attended Rutgers University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Media.
