Cathy Holley, CHRP®, currently serves as the Human Resources Business Partner-VP at Manulife Philippines, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Cathy held multiple senior HR positions at AXA from December 2017 to January 2024, including Senior Director and acting HR Head for AXA IT Shared Services. Previous experience includes the role of Human Resources Director at Okada Manila, where leadership and strategic vision in recruitment was emphasized, and Senior Recruitment Manager at [24]7.ai, focusing on hiring strategies.
