Diana Tumanyan started their work experience in August 2019 as a User Success Junior Specialist at Picsart Armenia. Diana then progressed to become a User Success Specialist in July 2020 and later a User Success Senior Specialist in May 2021. In December 2021, they took on the role of a Creator Support Team Associate Manager at the same company. In September 2022, Diana joined Manychat as a Customer Support Team Lead.

Diana Tumanyan pursued their education in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language at Dalian University of Foreign Languages. Diana completed their bachelor's degree at the university from 2015 to 2019 and then went on to pursue a master's degree in the same field. Diana is expected to graduate in 2023 from the Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
