Jazmine Z. is a skilled product scientist with extensive experience in food science and product development. Currently serving as a Product Scientist I at Maple Leaf Foods Inc since November 2024, Jazmine previously worked as a Product Developer at Greenleaf Foods, where responsibilities included managing a plant-based cheese portfolio and overseeing branded products at co-manufacturers. Prior to that, roles at Tyson Foods included FSQA Associate with responsibilities in product development and technical support for the Hillshire brand, as well as positions as Associate Product Developer in both retail and pilot plant settings. Jazmine's experience also includes leading analytical and organoleptic testing as Functionality Lab Lead at V&V Supremo Foods and conducting cost-saving initiatives as a Pre-Professional R&D Intern at Kellogg Company.
