Marcello Bozzo

Marcello Bozzo is an accomplished and focused Food Safety and Quality Leader with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Maple Leaf Foods Inc since November 2016, Marcello has a solid history of achievement in developing and implementing robust food safety and quality programs. Previously, as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Conagra Brands from January 2010 to March 2016, Marcello led a QA team and provided support during a transition at an acquired facility. Earlier experience includes roles as QA Manager at Coca-Cola Bottlers, where leadership was demonstrated in implementing ISO 22000 and improving syrup yields, and QA and Innovation Manager at PepsiCo Canada. Marcello's career began as a QA Supervisor at Lakeport Brewery and includes a strong educational background with a H. Bsc in Chemistry from McMaster University and a Chemical Engineering Technologist degree from Mohawk College.
