Miffy Yeung

Miffy Yeung is an experienced IS PMO Specialist at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., contributing to the annual IS CAPEX and OPEX budget preparation, managing budgets for multi-million dollar plant expansions, and overseeing vendor contracts. Previously held roles include Project Management Coordinator at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. and Financial Officer with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change, where Miffy led the update of a boardroom booking system. Additional experience includes developing successful fundraising campaigns at the University of Waterloo and various support roles in client services and product inspection. Miffy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business with a Finance Specialization from the University of Waterloo.
