D. Otieno Odhiambo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Regional Customer Service Assistant at KCB Bank Group, where they were responsible for compiling and summarizing business performance data. In 2010, they became a Complaints Resolution Officer at KCB Bank Group, handling escalated issues and coordinating the resolution of customer complaints.

From 2013 to 2017, Otieno Odhiambo worked at Chase Bank Kenya Ltd, initially as a CRM Project Assistant, implementing Oracle Siebel CRM and Oracle Sales Cloud. Their responsibilities included managing consultants, stakeholders, and ensuring successful project deployment.

Most recently, Otieno Odhiambo joined Mara in 2022 as an IT Support & Service Delivery Manager, responsible for managing IT support and service delivery.

D. Otieno Odhiambo began their education history in 2007, when they received a Certification in Computer Applications from Maseno University. In 2008, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Management at Moi University, which they completed in 2012.

In 2014, Odhiambo attended the Institute Of Advance Technology, where they obtained a Diploma in ICT Management in 2015, focusing on Information Technology.

In 2016, they engaged in a short-term program at Harmony Solutions Limited, earning a Prince 2 Foundation & Prince 2 Practitioner degree in Project Management Professional.

In 2020, Odhiambo obtained a Certification in Digital Transformation from Alibaba Global Initiatives.
