Stephanie Kaluki has a strong background in IT support and engineering. Stephanie started their career as a Student Intern at KRA (KENYA REVENUE AUTHORITY), where they gained exposure to technical support, IT security, and inventory management. Stephanie then moved on to the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) as an ICT Technician, where they achieved success in installing and configuring hardware and software, improving troubleshooting techniques, and increasing customer satisfaction rates. Their next role was as a Technical Support Analyst at Mara, where they automated the Jira ticketing system, developed a knowledge base and training program, and created visualization boards using Power BI to improve team performance. Stephanie is currently working at Prudential Africa as an AD & M365 Support Engineer.
