Chad Torrence

Chad Torrence has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Chad started their career in 1999 at Meeks + Partners, where they served as the Business Manager and Information Systems Manager, overseeing various departments and implementing process improvements. Chad then joined K. Hovnanian Homes as the Systems Process Manager, managing information systems, human resources, and administrative departments.

In 2007, Chad joined Marathon Oil Corporation and held multiple roles, including GP Compliance Supervisor, where they developed and implemented compliance processes and systems. Chad also served as an Advanced Senior Auditor, leading internal audits and developing reporting tools. Additionally, Chad served as an Information Technology Supervisor, coordinating HR system activities and leading a team of business analysts.

In 2015, Chad briefly left Marathon Oil Corporation to work at Revenew International as a Contract Compliance Auditor, examining supplier contracts and recovering losses resulting from overpayments.
