Michael Lattibeaudiere has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Michael has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

Michael started their career at Conoco as an Associate Engineer in 2001. Michael then worked as a Completion Engineer and later as a Senior Production Engineer at ConocoPhillips from 2003 to 2007.

Lattibeaudiere then joined ConocoPhillips as a Senior Operations Engineer from 2007 to 2008.

Michael moved to Rosetta Resources in 2008, where they served as a Senior Completions Engineer, handling completion and production engineer duties for multiple assets. Michael was responsible for various areas, including California, DJ Basin, South Texas, and Pinedale. Michael stayed with Rosetta Resources until 2015, taking on roles such as Completions Manager and Operations General Manager for the Permian Asset.

In 2015, Lattibeaudiere joined Noble Energy as the Director of Operations for Permian Basin Assets. Michael later became the GOM Asset Manager for the Katmai Prospect in 2017, before joining Marathon Oil Corporation in 2018.

At Marathon Oil Corporation, they first served as the Bakken Drilling and Completions Manager from 2018 to 2019. Michael then became the Bakken Asset Development Director from 2019 to 2020. After that, they worked as the Regional Vice President for Permian Basin Asset from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Health, Safety, Environmental, & Security and Corporate Sustainability at Marathon Oil Corporation as of March 2021.

Michael Lattibeaudiere obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin between the years 1998 and 2001.
