James Baldwin

James Baldwin has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. James held the position of Director Global Supply Chain at Marathon Oil Corporation from 2014 onwards, where they led a team of 60 employees across 10 locations and provided procurement, contracting, and materials management support for North American operations. James also played a key role in restructuring the organization to ensure compliance and improve business expectations and company controls. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Procurement Manager at DEME Group from 2008 to 2013, where they were responsible for centralized procurement activities. James also has experience working as a Senior Technical Professional at Xcel Energy from 2005 to 2008, where they performed fracturing jobs and provided engineering expertise to clients. Earlier in their career, they worked at Shell as a Process Technologist at Shell UK (Stanlow Refinery) from 1990 to 2005.

James Baldwin received a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from California State University, Fresno between the years 1981 and 1985. James specialized in geology, biology, physics, and engineering. Additionally, they obtained a certification from the Association of Oil and Gas Members at the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.
