Courtney L. McKenna is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Marc & Rose since June 2023. Courtney’s extensive background includes various leadership roles at Hilton Hotels Corporation and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where positions ranged from Area Manager of Talent Acquisition to Human Resources Director. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds a Professional Human Resources Certification (SHRM-CP) from Pace University.
