Madelin McPhee

Madelin McPhee has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Madelin is currently working as a Designer at Marchesa since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Commission Artist at Madelin Lillian Art starting from March 2020. Madelin also served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Section 101, an online retail platform, starting from April 2020.

From November 2020 to June 2022, Madelin worked as a Designer at The Levy Group, where they designed dresses for Laundry, BCBGeneration, and Sage Collective. Madelin also managed a team of designers and freelancers and was responsible for creating print presentations, color stories, and fabric themes.

Before that, Madelin worked as a Designer at Elie Tahari from April 2019 to March 2020. Madelin gained experience as an Associate Designer at Adrianna Papell from July 2015 to April 2019, where they designed and developed new styles, managed a creative service team, and collaborated on prints, embroideries, and trims.

Madelin started their career as an Assistant Designer at G-III Apparel Group from March 2014 to July 2015. In this role, they performed trend research, developed showroom samples, sourced fabrics and trims, and communicated with factories. Madelin also worked on embellishments, provided production approvals, and created CAD artwork.

Madelin gained valuable experience through internships at Destination Maternity Corporation and Diane von Furstenberg in 2013. Madelin also served as a Campus Ambassador for PickN'Tell from September 2012 to February 2013.

Madelin McPhee began their education at Westminster School from 2007 to 2010, where they earned their High School Diploma. Madelin then went on to attend the University of Delaware from 2010 to 2014, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. Additionally, Madelin pursued further education at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2013, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
