Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO at MarcoPolo Learning. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a global hybrid working environment.This role is pivotal in facilitating the CEO’s ability to effectively lead and make informed decisions across the business.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, and arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO’s office and other executives, employees, and stakeholders to ensure consistency in the CEO’s engagements and priorities.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and privacy.
Assist in preparing and editing presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Coordinate and provide support on various projects across the business, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Assist with the monitoring of budget including tracking expenditures and providing reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3-4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
Proficient in G-Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Keynote and social media or web platforms.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while still delivering high-quality results under pressure.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.

This is a full-time position working on a hybrid schedule out of our London office .The salary for this role is set between £40,000 and £50,000 , along with stock options. The actual compensation offered will depend on work experience and skill level.
