Jacob Ruck, CRME, CHDM has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jacob has held various roles at Marcus Hotels & Resorts, starting as a Lifeguard in 2006 and progressing to the positions of Front Office Supervisor, Night Manager, Front Office Manager, and Taskforce Manager. Jacob also served as the Housekeeping Manager, where they were in charge of maintaining cleanliness and purchasing supplies for the department. Jacob later transitioned to revenue management roles, working as an ONQ Systems Administrator and then becoming an Area Revenue Manager and Director of Revenue Management. In 2019, Jacob took on the position of Area Director of Revenue Management at Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Outside of their work at Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Jacob also worked as a Task Force Director of Revenue at The Garland in 2016 and again in 2019. Additionally, they played a key role in the HSMAI Wisconsin Chapter as a Founding Board Member, Secretary, and Treasurer from 2017 to 2018. Overall, Jacob has demonstrated their expertise and commitment to the hospitality industry throughout their career.
