Marty Louie has a strong background in finance and accounting, with a particular focus on senior leadership roles. Marty started their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick in 1985. Marty then joined Sony Pictures Entertainment in 1987 as VP Controller, where they oversaw the finance and accounting departments of the $2.0 billion worldwide home entertainment division. After a decade at Sony, Marty moved on to West Marine in 1997, where they served as VP Finance and managed the finance and accounting departments of the $750 million publicly traded retailer. In 2000, they joined Infineon as Corporate Controller, responsible for the North American finance and accounting departments of the $8.0 billion semiconductor company. Finally, Marty joined Marcus & Millichap in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing key departments and leading various financial functions, including strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and internal and SEC reporting. Throughout their career, Marty has consistently demonstrated their ability to provide transparency of financial and operational metrics to all levels of management.

Marty Louie completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA. Additionally, Marty Louie pursued higher education at USC Marshall School of Business, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Finance.
