May Thao-Schuck, EdD is the Director of Talent Development at Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies. Prior to this role, May served as Vice President of Career and Professional Development at St. Catherine University. May also has experience as the Divisional Director of Workforce Development Employment and Training Programs at the department of employment and as the Director of Organizational Development, Training and Development at ActivStyle. May holds a Doctorate in Organization Development and Change from the University of St. Thomas, an MBA in Leadership from Argosy University Twin Cities, and a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from the University of Minnesota.
